CaliStack – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to CaliStack. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the CaliStack mobile application.

By accessing or using CaliStack, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Developer Information

CaliStack is developed and operated by an independent developer based in Kerala, India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use CaliStack.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

To access core features, you must sign in using Google Sign-In (OAuth authentication).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

CaliStack offers:

  • Free features
  • One-time purchases
  • Subscription plans

Payments are processed through:

  • Google Play Billing (Android)
  • Apple In-App Purchases (iOS)
  • RevenueCat (subscription management service)

We do not store or process credit card or payment information.

Auto-Renewing Subscriptions (iOS & Android)

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You may manage or cancel your subscription through:

  • Google Play account settings (Android)
  • Apple ID account settings (iOS)

Refunds are handled according to the policies of Google Play or Apple App Store, depending on your platform.

5. Apple App Store Terms

If you download CaliStack through the Apple App Store:

  • These Terms are between you and the developer, not Apple Inc.
  • Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.
  • In the event of a failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price in accordance with its policies.

You acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the App
  • Interfere with security features
  • Use automation, bots, or scraping tools

Violation may result in account termination.

7. Workout and Health Disclaimer

CaliStack provides workout guidance and tracking tools for informational and educational purposes only.

We are not medical professionals.

By using the App, you acknowledge:

  • You participate in workouts at your own risk.
  • You are responsible for determining your physical fitness level.
  • CaliStack is not liable for injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from exercise performed using the App.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you have existing medical conditions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content within CaliStack, including branding, logos, workout structures, and design elements, is the property of the developer unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaliStack shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of data
  • Loss of profits
  • Service interruptions

Use of the App is at your own risk.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the App, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You misuse the App
  • Required by law

You may terminate your account at any time using the in-app Delete Account feature.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Kerala, India.
