CaliStack – Account & Data Deletion

CaliStack is developed and operated by an independent developer based in Kerala, India.

We respect your privacy and provide users full control over their personal data.

How to Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your account directly inside the CaliStack app:

  1. Open the CaliStack app.
  2. Navigate to Settings.
  3. Tap "Delete Account".
  4. Confirm the deletion request.

Once confirmed, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Profile photo
  • Workout progress (sets and repetitions)
  • Account data stored in Supabase
  • Subscription linkage information

What Data May Be Retained

We may retain limited technical logs such as:

  • Crash reports
  • Aggregated analytics data

These logs:

  • Do not contain personally identifiable workout progress
  • Are retained only for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes
  • Are automatically deleted within 90 days

Manual Deletion Request

If you cannot access your account within the app, you may request deletion manually by contacting:

Please include:

  • The email address associated with your CaliStack account

All verified deletion requests are processed within 7 days.
