About CalistackTRUST & STANDARDS

Editorial policy

Calistack publishes training guidance, not medical advice. This page explains who writes and reviews our content, how we handle corrections, and how we use AI.

Who writes the guides

Guides are written by the Calistack team, primarily founder and product lead Rishad, and reviewed by our calisthenics coaching lead for technical accuracy and joint safety. We do not publish anonymous ghostwritten fitness content.

How we research

  • First-hand training experience and the Calistack progression data.
  • Published coaching methods, sports-science sources and named practitioners when we reference a claim.
  • Clear separation between what we know from experience and what is an estimate.
  • No invented benchmarks, ratings, reviews or credentials.

Review and corrections

Injury-adjacent and skill-technique content is reviewed by our coaching lead before publication. If we find an error, we correct it and update the page date. If you spot a mistake, email calistack.app@gmail.com with the page URL and the correction.

AI use

We may use AI for outlining, editing and quality checks. We do not publish AI-generated training advice without human review, and every published guide is attributed to a named author and dated.

Medical disclaimer

Calisthenics and bodyweight training carry risk. Our content is general training guidance, not diagnosis or treatment. Stop if you feel pain, and consult a qualified medical professional for injuries or persistent symptoms.
